Rob Clark has over 25 years of engineering experience primarily specializing in the design of water main replacement projects and construction observation of water systems. His experience includes the design and specification of water transmission mains using open cut and trenchless technologies, route evaluations for pipelines in urban and rural areas, coordination with various utility companies to locate/relocate utility conflict resolution, construction phase services, evaluation of environmental impacts, and design and specification of many types of valves and actuators. In addition to Mr. Clark’s engineering expertise, he has provided on-call city engineer services for the cities of City of New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Bee Cave, Pflugerville, and Cedar Park by developing design criteria, drafting subdivision ordinances, preparing official city maps, providing in-house design services for many types of public improvement projects, managing construction projects, reviewing proposed development plans to ensure conformance to the local Development Codes, and attending and participating in City Council and Zoning Commission meetings. He is also familiar with many Economic Development Corporations in Central Texas and the various incentives those agencies use to attract developers to their region.
