David Speicher has over 29 years of experience in the engineering and construction of Roadways/Highways, Water, Wastewater, Bridges and Storm Water. Additionally, he brings a thorough understanding and experience in both local and state requirements and standards. He is skilled in managing Capital improvement Projects from planning through construction. David also has 9 years of experience as a City Councilman/Mayor Pro Tem, is a Gulf War Veteran, a Lifetime member of the VFW and a member of the Lakehills American Legion Post 410.
