Chris Terry has over 12 years of experience in Land Surveying with transportation, land development and Oil & Gas disciplines throughout the State of Texas. His expertise is in the applications of legal principles utilized in boundary delineation, deed research and preparation of metes and bounds descriptions. Chris oversees and manages the Geospatial Division’s transportation and public works projects including numerous large TxDOT contracts. In his role as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, he is well-versed in the applications of legal principles utilized in boundary delineation, deed research and preparation of metes and bounds descriptions. His experience includes the collection and evaluation of existing spatial data utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Bentley Microstation & Geopak, Leica Cyclone, Leica Infinity and Trimble Business Center software.
